PAIN BIO:
Pain is a gifted vocalist, songwriter & arranger whose sound can be described as if Frank Ocean produced D’Angelo. The Philly native recently drew attention as one of the featured background vocalists in RCA recording artist Yebba’s critically acclaimed NPR Tiny Desk performance. Pain has also toured with Marsha Ambrosius, and worked with musical legends like Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, Johnta Austin, & Ne-Yo. With sharp musicality and an agile vocal range, Pain’s sound shines. Modern and fresh, yet crafted with soulful intention, Pain’s music is felt as much as it is heard.
